FlexCAD isn't seeing the license

Open Windows Explorer and navigate to your product folder (default is C:\Idswin\Iso for IDS-ISO). Check the Date Modified for the LSERVRC file. If this date is from the year 2000, you will need to replace this file with the version sent to you by

After this is done restart your FlexCAD product. If this works, the step will need to be duplicated for each product that you are licensed for.
If there is still an issue retrieving a license, open Windows Explorer and browse to your C:\Idsnet folder. In this folder, make a copy of FCNLOLIC.txt and then rename it to FCNLOLICbak.txt. Run ECHOID.exe. This will create a new FCNLOLIC.txt. Then open the new FCNLOLIC.txt and FCNLOLICbak.txt to compare them. If any of the lines after 2-XXXX are different, the SLO Installation will need to be redone.
