Be sure to log into the license server locally and not through remote desktop. Insert the FlexCAD install CD into the machine. If the FlexCAD install CD is version 3.60, run D:\360_Common\360_NLO\Setup.exe; for 3.63D version CD(s), run D:\License\360_Nlo\Setup.exe. Follow the prompts in the wizard. Default values will install the IDSNET directory on the C:\ drive.

Browse to the installed C:\Idsnet folder and run FCNLOLIC.EXE. Again, it is required that this step to be run while physically on the server...not from a remote connection. Once FCNLOLIC.EXE is run, it will bring up a dialog box asking for company information which needs to be filled in. After completing the form, click OK. This generates an FCNLOLIC.TXT file in the C:\Idsnet folder. The FCNLOLIC.TXT file will then need to be sent to us via email.

You will receive an email from us that contains an LSERVRC.ZIP file. This will need to be placed in the C:\Idsnet folder on the server. Once this is done, unzip the contents of the LSERVRC.ZIP file into the same folder. To run SentinelLM as a process, double-click C:\Idsnet\lservnt.exe; as a service, double-click C:\Idsnet\loadls.bat and then verify the service is running and set to AUTOMATIC.

As far as the client-side of the installation process, it should automatically see the license. If not, refer to NLO Troubleshooting
